
PARCS provides free specialist support, counselling and psychotherapy to survivors (aged 13+ and resident in Portsmouth and South East Hants) of sexual abuse/exploitation no matter how long ago the abuse happened. PARCS also provides counselling to survivors of domestic abuse (aged 18+).
The PARCS outreach service delivers an awareness programme aimed at reducing the incidence and impact of sexual abuse and sexual exploitation.

We provide support and counselling to anyone over the age of sixteen who has suffered any form of sexual abuse or assault, regardless of how long ago it took place. We will also support their partners or relatives.

The Rape and Sexual Abuse Counselling service (RASAC) offers a free, confidential listening and support service for women and men who have been raped and/or sexually abused at any time in their lives, or for anyone who wants to talk about the effects of any unwanted sexual encounter.

Provides advice, information and telephone counselling to anybody who has experienced rape or sexual abuse and to relevant third parties (friends, partners, family or professionals). There is a minicom line for clients who are deaf or who have communication difficulties. At other times, if no counsellors are available to take calls, you can leave a message with admin staff or on our answer phone and a counsellor will call you back as soon as possible.
Provides free, confidential counselling to any female or male (aged 12 or over) who is experiencing difficulties in relation to an unwanted sexual experience.
We operate a waiting list for face to face counselling but in crisis situations a counsellor can often be seen more quickly. We provide both short and long term counselling as appropriate.

CIS’ters offers mutual support for adult females sexually abused and/or raped as children by a member of their immediate or extended family. Male survivors may ring the helpline and will be signposted to other services as appropriate.
