Our carefully restored 1930’s wooden barrack block, the Boyce Building, can be hired out for lectures and meetings or family events accommodating up to 60 people. We can also tailor the room for your particular meetings and events.

The Boyce Building is fully accessible and includes a recently re-furbished accessible toilet.

We have a free car park, accommodating up to 20 cars (Pay & Display car park 10 minute walk away) and delegates to your event will also enjoy reduced entry of £1.50 per person to the museum on that day!

We can provide the following equipment which is included in your hire charge.

• Flip chart
• Screen
• Laptop and data projector

Urn/flasks of hot water, plus cups and glasses etc will be provided in the room.

You can choose from a combination of

• Tea/Coffee - £1.25 per head
• Tea/coffee/biscuits - £1.75 per head
• Additional charge of 25p per head for tea/coffee for two or more sessions
• Extra Biscuits 50p per head

The Boyce Building is available during normal museum opening hours.
