The cinema is located within the iconic Hampshire Record Office building, adjacent to Winchester railway station and the Park and Ride bus stops.

The cinema is ideal for meetings and presentations.
Seating 80 people, in fixed raked seating, it has a cinema screen and projection room with a wide range of audio-visual presentation facilities.
Catering not available, however hirers may bring their own food and drink to serve on the gallery landing. The building does not have an Alcohol Licence. If alcoholic drinks are to be sold it will be the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that a Temporary Event Notice is obtained from the local licensing authority.
There are no kitchen/washing up facilities. Sandwich shop and café within 10 mins walk.
There are accessible parking spaces at the rear of the Record Office.

The cinema is accessible via stairs or a lift. Since the lift cannot be used in an emergency, evacuation of less able visitors is down the stairs via an evacuation chair.
You must notify Record Office staff in advance of the presence of a wheelchair user or anyone with access issues likely to require use of an evacuation chair.
It is the responsibility of event organisers to liaise with Record Office staff to ensure that arrangements are in place to ensure the safe evacuation of attendees in the event of an emergency.
