Working at HBIC


There are currently no permanent vacancies at HBIC.


Are you looking for experience of working with a local records centre?

Can you spare 2-3 days a week?

If so, HBIC would be very pleased to hear from you. We need volunteers to help us with a range of office based tasks, including working with GIS and our Recorder database. In return, full training will be provided, including some opportunities for gaining habitat survey experience. A contribution towards expenses in getting to HBIC will also be made. Field Ecologists

HBIC is inviting field ecologists with at least two years relevant experience (voluntary or paid) of Phase 2 habitat survey to NVC level to be added to a list to be considered for possible future temporary work - either as a County Council casual employee or as a self employed consultant (with appropriate insurance). You should have a current driving licence and car.
