Children's Services Social Care provide a range of services that provide a break for parents / carers of children and young people with disabilities. We publish a 'service statement' which describes this range of services or you can contact the team to request a printed copy.
For a free copy of a publication, or if you would like a copy in another format, such as large print, audio, braille, or another language, please contact us on 0845 603 5620 (please see call charge information) or email us at childrens.services@hants.gov.uk. Please note some publications are chargeable but these are clearly marked.
Short Breaks will enable children and young people with disabilities and/or additional needs to join in with positive, safe, fun and interesting activities and will give parents or carers an opportunity to have a short break from caring. Download a copy of the leaflet.
