Accessibility Strategy 2009-2012

Hampshire County Council's strategy for ensuring that children and young people with learning difficulties and disabilities are able to access school sites, the curriculum and information.

Please note: This document will be reviewed to reflect the changes that will be implemented following the enactment of the Children and Families Bill. This is due to happen in September 2014. At this point the document will be revised and re-launched in line with the SEN Code of Practice 2014

Statutory assessment process - Parent / carer questionnaire

The following form is for completion by parents and carers of a child/young person for whom a statutory assessment has been completed. We constantly review the quality of Hampshire County Council's Special Educational Needs Service provided to parents and carers, so we can assess our performance and identify areas where improvement may be made.
