Community Associations Network Conference 2013: ‘Addressing Social Detachment’
The Community Support Service works in partnership with other statutory and voluntary agencies in Hampshire to provide support to the community through its Community Associations and Village Halls. These organisations provide recreational, educational and social activities for all.
Our 'How to do' section provides a wide range of advice and information, sample documents and essential information. We also provide management advice, training and development, and vital funding to over 100 Community Associations and just over 300 Village Halls
The range of skills and experience within the team takes in all aspects of working in the community from a detailed knowledge of charity law to methods of community development. We are experienced in working with all ages including youth, vulnerable groups and older people.
