The public computers used in libraries provide access to the Internet
Even if you have not used a computer before, you can ask to have a go at any library:
we have staff in many libraries who provide support to new users
there are also 'taster sessions' and courses in some libraries.
Anyone with a library borrower card or People's Network card has fast-track access to the computers using their card number and PIN to log on.
If you do not have a card ask library staff, at some libraries you will be given a guest number for one-off use of the computers.

The People's Network provides free public access to the Internet and computer facilities, including printing, scanning, downloading and copying and saving to CD. This is 'filtered' to block access to offensive sites find out more about the People's Network.
