Please sign the card as soon as you receive it. The card may only be used by a signatory. We may ask to check your signature against another signed form of identification when the card is used. If you change your address, please send your new details to firstname.lastname@example.org or inform a member of staff during your next visit. If you lose your admission card we can issue a replacement for a small fee of £5. You will need to show your car parking permit as identification. A replacement parking permit can also be issued for a fee of £5. You will need to show your admission card to do this. Special events may incur an additional charge please check with our Visitor Centre.
Your membership entitles you to visit free on any day that we are open for the period of your membership.
Your membership entitles you to a 10% discount in our gift shop and café (exclusions do apply).
A valid membership admits the named person only.
Membership cards are not transferable or interchangeable for any reason.
If you do not show your valid membership card on arrival, you will be asked to provide alternative I.D with your signature on. Failure to do so means the full entry price will be charged.
Membership runs for a minimum of 12 consecutive months. There are no short term memberships or pro-rata refunds if you terminate the membership prior to expiry. However upgrades are available if you wish to change your membership.
If you have purchased an annual membership that includes complimentary passes, please note that if lost these can not be replaced.
Under normal circumstances, Staunton is open 363 days a year but if forced to close due to circumstances beyond our control, memberships can not be extended or refunded.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 or over.
