Parents of children resident in Hampshire (not including Portsmouth or Southampton) wishing to apply for a place to start school or transfer to junior school (including schools outside Hampshire) can apply online. Paper forms are also available on request from any Hampshire schools or the County Admissions Team. from 1 November 2016.
The online application system will close at midnight on this date. Paper application forms should be returned to a Hampshire County Council school during school hours or the County Admissions Team. by this date.
If you provide evidence to the County Admissions Team of a significant change in your circumstances since 15 January, (usually a change of address) you may make a change to an on-time application up until this date. No changes can be made after 15 February 2017.
Online applicants will be notified of the outcome of their application by e-mail. They will also be able to log into the online system to view their application outcome. Parents who submitted an on-time paper application will be sent a letter on 18 April 2017 by first-class post. Letters will also be sent to online applicants, in addition to their e-mail, who were not offered a place at their first preference school.
