School Direct Training Programme (salaried)

The School Direct Training Programme (salaried) is a one year employment based route into teaching, leading to the award of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

It is open to graduates with three or more years' career experience.  Trainees will be employed, and paid, as an unqualified teacher.  Places offered by a school in partnership with an accredited Initial Teacher Training (ITT) provider.
