Training for / with other services and organisations
We are very keen to develop training/Continuing Professional Development (CPD) partnerships with other agencies, departments and organisations through:
- Mutual visits to team meetings in order to share information and expertise
- Work shadowing where appropriate
- Delivery of joint training for schools and organisations
- Delivery of training to meet a service/organisation’s specific needs
Examples of training delivered to other services and organisations
- Diversity training workshops for a range of County Council departments
- Specialist input on cultural awareness and race equality for a range of organisations and groups
- Working with refugees and asylum seekers for voluntary groups
- Working with bilingual adults for providers of family learning
