Education Recruitment Solutions (ERS)

Charges effective from April 2010

ERS provides a full administrative service for the recruitment of Headteachers and Deputy Headteachers.

Process stopped at shortlisting stage

Should there be insufficient applications or the calibre of applicants is such that your Governing Body decide not to progress with the recruitment, a reduced charge will apply as follows:-

These discounts are based on the time taken up to the shortlisting stage.  The reduction in the charge is less for Secondary as the process takes more time due to the number of applicants being higher for Secondary school posts.  For a further run, the charge will be £920 or £1620 (including an enhanced advertisement on our recruitment website 'Education Jobs')

In exceptional circumstances, and through negotiation with Education Personnel Services, it may be possible to spread the the cost for schools with less than 225 pupils.

Failure to appoint following interviews

Should your Governing Body decide not to appoint following interviews the full amount would be charged.  The charge for any further runs would be £920 or £1620 (including an enhanced advertisement on our recruitment website 'Education Jobs')

Advertisements

Advertisements will normally be displayed for two weeks on our 'Education Jobs' website.  The charges are extremely low compared to other media advertisements and the website currently receives over 200,000 hits each month.

An enhanced advert enables your school/children's centre to individualise the advertisement for your post.  The cost includes colour, school logo, awards logos, photographs and attachments e.g role profile, person specification, welcome letter.

Psychometric Testing

£85 per hour plus cost of materials at £70 per candidate.
