How to Support and Challenge to Ensure Accountability [GT111]
Who will benefit? Governors from all schools. This course is particularly appropriate for new governors who have attended induction.
What will you learn? The skills governors need to develop appropriate listening and questioning skills which create an atmosphere of openness and trust. How to ensure the school is accountable to the governing body and the governing body is accountable to the stakeholders for the standards achieved.
