Strategic Finance and Financial Standards [GT127]
Who will benefit? Governors and headteachers who are members of the finance/ resources committee who have already attended Understanding Finance.
What will you learn? You will develop your understanding of the links between financial and school improvement planning. This course will give you information on terms of reference, details of data and tools available to assist governors in financial management (eg Benchmarking).
Attendance options? Morning, evening or twilight sessions.
