The WSR is now submitted online.
WSR online form instructions (updated February 2014) 2 MB – the instructions contain a link to the online form. Please note that the form will accept text copied and pasted from a Word version of your school’s WSR. Please read these instructions thoroughly before starting work on the form, particularly with reference to saving a partially completed form and returning later.
The planning template is downloadable from the DfE website shown above. The documents below help schools to identify priorities and develop outcomes which are recorded on the planning template. The planning template is for school use only and is not submitted.
Developing clear, measurable outcomes is key to the Challenge Award process. The Healthy Schools team can help schools develop their outcomes – please contact a member of the team for support.
The school story template is downloadable from the DfE website shown above. This is completed when the outcome(s) related to a priority area have been achieved.
The school story is now submitted online. Note a school must have a current Whole School Review in place when a Challenge Award school story is submitted. If the school’s WSR is out-of-date (more than two years old), it should be updated and resubmitted first.
