Curriculum Development Board
The Physical Education Curriculum Board acts as the driving force behind good practice in teaching & learning and innovation in physical education in Hampshire.
The Board:
- Provides a focal point for curriculum development in PE across all age phases and for the dissemination of good effective practice.
- Promotes country-wide dissemination and monitoring
- Interprets national policy and curriculum development initiatives to provide support for Hampshire teachers of physical education
- Advises the Hampshire PE and School Sport Partnership (HPESSP) of curriculum CPD need
- Informs the PE conference of potential focus areas for the annual conference
- Highlights good practice and practitioners
- Plays part in the annual review of the PE Strategy
