Behaviour Support employ:
- Teachers (they have to be fully qualified and have at least 2 years teaching experience in a mainstream school) and
- Behaviour Support Workers (who need to have experience of working with children and families and qualifications such as NVQs in Childcare, nursery nursing, social care, learning support etc).
