Emergency Kit
An emergency could happen at any time and have a variety of consequences. One way to be better prepared is to have a readymade emergency pack in your home that is stored in an accessible area.

An emergency pack could contain the following things:

Battery powered radio with local radio frequencies marked

Torch

Spare batteries

First Aid kit

A list of useful phone numbers, such as your doctor's and close relatives'

Bottled water / Canned Drinks

Evacuation Checklist
The Evacuation Checklist could include items such as:

Your Emergency Pack

Warm clothing and blankets

Essential medication and personal items e.g. spectacles

Baby food, nappies

Wallet, purse and bank cards

Mobile phone and charger

Home and car keys
-
Toiletries, sanitary supplies and any regularly prescribed medication
