Our policy is to make all our text based content available in HTML, which is the most accessible format on the web. However it is sometimes useful to have additional, alternative formats available, for example PDF is useful for printing out faithful copies of paper documents for reading off line. If we do provide a download, we try to use the most common technology available.
When you want to view information supplied in a different format you will need a plug-in. If you don't already have the plug-in available on your PC, you will need to download and install specialist software. This can easily be done through the internet for free (but do take care when navigating the site as chargeable options are also offered). To download the plug-in you require please follow the links below.
Adobe Acrobat Reader - For PDF documents.
Acrobat solutions for accessibility - For PDF documents.
RealPlayer - For audio extracts.
Autodesk DWF viewer - For AutoCAD drawings.
Quicktime - For video, sound and animation.
7-Zip - for extracting ZIP files.
CAUTION: We cannot offer any support for problems that occur from downloading plug-ins. As always care must be taken when downloading from the internet as there are risks involved.
