We have provided the option for up to two nominated school staff (Customer Summary role) to view ALL IT Service Desk support requests raised for their school. This will enable these staff to oversee progress with their school’s support requests. email HantsITSchools@hants.gov.uk if you wish to nominate two staff for your school. Schools without HPSN2 should continue to contact the IT Service Desk by telephone or the online Hampshire IT contact form. This is a streamlined process which will collect the relevant information and automatically log your call which will then reduce delays in solving your problem. Similarly HSS schools with Hampshire County Council on-site technicians should continue to use their existing support arrangements.
