Please remember if you upload a video file to the site you will be restricted to a 3mb upload limit.
There is no direct to embed Videos from sites such as YouTube at present but you should still be able to create a link to a video from the site.
A direct link can be created to a video clip created on another site but you can also link a video to an image – possibly a screenshot of you video that you have created as a .jpeg or .gif image.
To take a screenshot of the video access the webpage it is located on and press the 'PrtScrn' button on your keyboard to capture a screenshot.
Open up a graphics program (e.g.Paint or Paint Shop Pro) and paste the screenshot into a new image.
The image can then be cropped and resized as required - the advised image size is 160x120 pixels.
You will then need to add your image to your page
Once the image has been added highlight it and select the Insert option and select Link
You then need to add the url of the video from the website it is hosted on
Press Search and then select Create
If you would like the video to appear in a separate browser tab - select the Target Window to open in a ‘New Un-named Window’
Select Apply to finish
It may also be helpful to add a caption above the image or into the Alt text of the image properties
When you test from the webpage the Video link should then open and play when you click on the image link
