Moving and Positioning of People
Moving and Positioning training is essential for all employed in Healthcare and Social Services and can greatly reduce the risk of injury to the employee and the cost of absences for the employer.
We have a dedicated moving and positioning training room or can deliver in-house. Our moving and positioning courses provides substantial practical skills and background knowledge on the subject. This will enable care homes and community services to build on the information gained from this course to deliver safe practice when moving and positioning people in the workplace. This combination of knowledge plus practical training can greatly reduce the amount of injuries from poor moving and positioning practices.
