Understanding Projects e-Learning
Hampshire Learning Centre have developed a 15 minute e-learning course to introduce you to the basic principles of Project Management.
What will the Understanding Projects e-Learning cover?
This e-Learning will look at the basic principles of project management, and how you could incorporate them into your working lives.
Learning Aims:
To give you a basic understanding of Project Management and how it can be used
Learning Outcomes:
By the end of this e-learning you will be able to :
Describe what a project is, and what project management is
Distinguish between a task and a project
Outline the benefits of using a project approach to your work
List the skills needed to manage a project
Identify where you can get further learning and development in this area
How to use the e-learning:
Once you have begun the e-learning please use the icons below to navigate your way through the e-learning
To navigate through the e-learning simply click the "Back" or "Next" arrows to move from page to page.
