Hampshire Learning Centre, working with specialist staff have developed a 20 minute e-learning course to introduce you to Good Governance in Hampshire.
What will the Good Governance in Hampshire e-Learning cover?
This e-Learning explains the standards of behaviour required of all Hampshire County Council employees to ensure good governance.
Learning Aim:
The aim of this short e-learning course is to introduce you to what is meant by good governance in Hampshire County Council.
Learning Outcomes:
By the end of this course you will be able to:
Define what is meant by ethical behaviour
Describe the basic principles of good governance
Explain the minimum standards expected as outlined in the Code of Conduct and other considerations such as political neutrality
Summarise the policies that make up the Corporate Governance Framework
