Passport users can access all Outlook functionality with Passport.
Smartphone users can register to receive work emails and view their calendar on their personal smartphone.
Hantsnet PDA users can download their email, contacts and calendar items on their PDA to view offline.

Everyone can view
MS office files linked from emails (if you have office software)
HantsFile document links in emails or Hantsnet pages.
Passport users can access and edit I and F drive documents with Passport.
Hantsnet PDA users can view attachments in emails with PDA versions of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint viewer.

Everyone with a Hantsnet ID can view most Hantsnet Pages, including Learn.IT with Hantsnet Pages Anywhere
Passport users can view all Hantsnet Pages with Passport.

Passport users can use Passport to access
Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
any applications accessed through Hantsnet.
