Online Library Services

Room hire

The room is light and airy and fitted with blinds. The room has individual tables and chairs that can be put together in a number of ways.
As a meeting room it seats 12 -15. Lecture style it will hold 24.

The community room opens off of the main library. The library has an accessible public toilet and a hot drinks vending machine which are available to room hirers. There is an induction loop for those using hearing aids.  

Hot water is available by arrangement using an air pot and there are mugs and glasses in the room. Hirers to provide their own food and drink.

Facilities available include a screen, laptop and data projector. A flipchart is also available.

Subject to other bookings the room is available to hire at the following times

• Mondays 9am-7pm
• Tuesdays and Wednesdays 9am-5pm
• Fridays 9am-5pm
• Saturdays 9am-1pm  

Charges

• Standard Full day £60
• Standard Part day £10 per hour
• Community £5 per hour
