Online Library Services

Room hire

A light and airy  learning room, fitted with blinds to the east.
The room has individual tables and chairs that can be put together in a number of ways.  As a meeting room it seats 10 - 12 people. Lecture style it will hold 20 people.  

The room can be accessed through the library or via the pedestrian entrance to the staff car park..
There is an induction loop for those using hearing aids and the room has its own fully accessible toilet.

Facilities available include a screen, laptop and data projector. A flipchart is also availble.
Constant hot water is available for making drinks and there are mugs and glasses in the room. Hirers to provide their own comestibles.

Subject to other bookings the room is available to hire at the following times

• Mondays and Tuesdays  9.30am - 5pm
• Wednesday by arrangement
• Thursdays and Fridays  9.30am - 5pm
• Saturday 9.30am - 1pm.  

Hire charges

• Full day - £60 (reductions for non-profit making groups)
• Part day - £10 per hour / £5 per hour for non-profit making groups
