Inspector's Report

Following the public examination of the draft Hampshire Minerals and Waste Plan, which included public hearings in June 2012 and March 2013, the Hampshire Authorities received the Inspector's Report from the Planning Inspectorate in May 2013. The Inspector concluded that with the main modifications set out in his report that the Hampshire Minerals and Waste Plan satisfied the requirements of Section 20(5) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004, as amended, and the associated Regulations, and meet the tests of soundness set out in the National Planning Policy Framework.
