If you are not satisfied with the bus company's response or the company has not responded within a reasonable time contact Bus Users UK. They are a non-statutory body offering independent review of complaints arising from the operation of local bus services and scheduled coach services. Write to them with as much detail as possible including copies of correspondence with the bus or coach company.

In the case of a complaint, it is helpful if you make contact as soon as possible. It is useful if you retain your ticket from your journey as this will assist in the investigation of the matter.
