The External Customer Support Group are a dedicated team based within the Integrated Business Centre providing payroll provision to a range of customers external to Hampshire County Council. The Team consist of 4 fully trained staff who are committed to providing an excellent tailored service to meet each of our customers needs.
We recognise that all of our External Customers have unique requirements and the team have extensive knowledge of these needs to ensure an outstanding service is delivered. We aim to continuously improve our services and welcome any feedback you may have.
