Hampshire County Council, having made an Order under Section 14(1)b of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to prevent the likelihood of danger to the public or serious damage to the road, considers that the order should continue in force.
Hampshire County Council has received a deposit under Section 31(6) of the Highways Act 1980 and under Section 15A(1) of the Commons Act 2006 for land south east of New Road, Swanmore, Southampton, Hampshire,SO32 2RL.
On 30 April 2018 Hampshire County Council confirmed the above Order made under section 118 of the Highways Act 1980. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to extinguish that part of the public bridleway in the Parish of Kingsclere which runs between SU 5583 5720 and SU 5574 5703, as shown on the Order map.
On 16 February 2018 Hampshire County Council confirmed this Order. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to delete from the map the public footpath that runs through buildings between Market Street and Alton Footpath 63 (SU 7168 3931 to SU 7167 3929), and to add to the map a public footpath running between the same above named highways, alongside No. 16 Market Street (between SU 7165 3932 and SU 7164 3930), as shown on the Order map.
The above named Order, made on 5 April 2018 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert the public footpath running in a south-westerly direction from SU 56698 12841 to SU 56620 12719 to a line running in a southerly then south-westerly direction from SU 56698 12841 to SU 56620 12719 , as shown on the Order map.
