HART DISTRICT COUNCIL PLANNING APPLICATIONS
The above named Order made on 19 November 2015, if confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map and statement for the area by adding a bridleway running from the footway next to the roundabout outside Tesco superstore, proceeding in a northerly then easterly direction for 170 metres to a subway under the Junction 9 roundabout, north-eastwards through subway for 15 metres, then eastwards along footway on southern over-bridge of Junction 9 for 115 metres, then northwards and north-eastwards along metalled path and through subway to junction with Bridleway 502, as shown by a continuous green line on the Order map.
On the 25th April 2016 Hampshire County Council confirmed this Order. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to add to the Definitive Map of Public Rights of Way a public footpath commencing at a junction with High Street (U231) and running in a generally easterly direction past the Church Centre, then northwards and eastwards around the inside of the perimeter of Rectory Field to a junction with Long Cross Hill (U231).
The effect of the Order will close Various Roads for Highway surfacing works.
