The above named Order, made on 11 November 2016 under Section 118 of the Highways Act 1980 will extinguish the public footpath running from a junction with the A27 Titchfield Bypass at SU 5349 0634, proceeding in a south-westerly direction to a junction with Footpath 529b at SU 5343 0622, as shown on the Order map. A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at the offices of Hampshire County Council, The Castle, Winchester, SO23 8UJ and at the office of Fareham Borough Council, Civic Offices, Civic Way, Fareham PO16 7AZ, at all reasonable hours, or online at http://www.hants.gov.uk/publicnotices. Copies of the Order and the map may be bought from me at a price of £4.00. Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to the Head of Countryside Access, Hampshire County Council, Castle Avenue, Winchester, SO23 8UL, or via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org quoting reference:- Fareham 41 EXT no later than 13 January 2017.
