In January 2014 the Executive Member for the Economy, Transport and Environment Department approved the revised version of Hampshire’s HMMP policy document.
The changes in the new document do not reflect a change in the service provided by Hampshire or our overarching responsibility as a Highway Authority. The format however has been improved and provides more information than the previous document for the reader.
There are a number of related documents including: guidance, application forms etc, which will be reviewed and made available in due course. This second stage has started but it is estimated that this will take two to three years to complete. During this time our current processes, procedures and guidance will remain in place and all the existing documents on Hantsweb; including defect reporting forms, information sheets and license information, will be available as normal.
