In the March 2014 Budget the Government announced a national fund of £200 million to support local authorities repair road potholes caused by the flooding and heavy rain in early 2014. Hampshire received one of the highest settlements nationally, totalling just over £17.5 million.
Information about what to do if you have damaged your vehicle or suffered an injury as a result of driving into a pothole. Please report the pothole to us as soon as reasonably possible.
If you have noticed a pothole on a road or footway or any defect that causes concern the County Council want to hear about it. So that it can be repaired as soon as possible, please let us know as quickly as you can. Your help in helping us to keep the network safe is appreciated.
