National Pothole Fund 2014

Update 24 April 2015

In 2014 the Government allocated additional funding to Hampshire County Council to repair sections of the network damaged by the prolonged, severe weather in the winter of 2013/14.

Hampshire received one of the highest settlements nationally, totaling just over £17.5 million. £11.5million was provided to repair lengths of carriageway and bridges damaged by the flooding and the second element of just over £6million was provided to repair and prevent potholes.

Vehicle damage and personal injury

Information about what to do if you have damaged your vehicle or suffered an injury as a result of driving into a pothole. Please report the pothole to us as soon as reasonably possible.

Report a pothole to us

If you have noticed a pothole on a road or footway or any defect that causes concern the County Council want to hear about it. So that it can be repaired as soon as possible, please let us know as quickly as you can. Your help in helping us to keep the network safe is appreciated.
