In preparation for your visit there is some information we will need from you
Medical Forms
All those intending to take part in activities at Runways End need to complete a medical form in advance of their visit.
Group Leaders must ensure that these have been completed by the parents/guardians of those under 18 years and that a copy is given to Runways End upon arrival. Runways End must keep copies of the medical forms so please bring copies which we can keep. If Runways End have to photocopy your medical forms a photocopy charge of 15p per sheet will be made.
We accept your school/organisation medical form as long as it includes the same information as the Runways End form and has been recently completed.

Grouping list
- Groups taking part in activities also need to provide a Grouping List. This can be handed in on arrival.

Rooming List
- Groups staying in Forge Lodge, need to provide a Rooming List in order for us to prepare the rooms. We do need this at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.
