Charges are made on a per payslip basis for 12 months annually, plus the production of a P60. We are a BACS bureau and can manage payments to employees directly from your bank account. With your authorisation we can also pay via BACS your monthly returns to HMRC, and LGPS and TPS contributions.

You will have a dedicated team delivering your payroll service with support by telephone shadowing (for direct payroll input at the school) and regular meetings. You will have a named account manager who can meet and deal with any non-routine queries.

We have monthly self audits as part of our quality assurance checks. These are agreed with by the County Council’s Internal Audit who also provide on-site spot checks.

The school will receive a monthly highs and lows report to compare current month with previous and identify any potential inconsistencies prior to the payroll running.

Customer feedback is used to improve and develop this service, in line with the Quality Assurance Framework for Services for Schools.

Mechanisms for collecting the views of customers include the annual satisfaction survey and complaints, compliments and comments.
