Originally built for entertaining, this Georgian Town Hall, dating back to 1831, will provide the perfect setting for corporate and private events, especially if you are looking for an 'unusual' venue.
Set in the heart of historic Basingstoke, the town has excellent motorway access, rail and ample parking.
The Top Floor Gallery can be hired for a product launch, meeting, lecture, seminar, training venue.
The gallery will seat up to 60 people in a lecture style layout and 20 people in cabaret/boardroom style.
We can provide the following equipment which is included in your hire charge: Flip chart, screen, laptop and data projector
The Function Room is situated on the 2nd floor of the Museum. A stair lift provides access to users with mobility problems, apologies, it is not accessible by wheelchair users.
Newly opened, the Ellaway room provides a meeting space for smaller groups and activities.
It can comfortably seat 12 people boardroom style, with scope for adapting the layout to suit different activities such as craft workshops.

We can provide glasses and you can bring your own drinks to serve your participants.
We can provide refreshments andinvoice you afterwards per head.

Alternatively your participants can buy their own refreshments from our cafe downstairs but they will be charged full cafe prices of between £1.10 & £1.60 for tea/coffee per cup and £1.30 per slice of cake.
Buffets for groups hiring the gallery can be undertaken by arrangement.
