Hampshire Museums and Archives Service
We are one of the largest and most dynamic museum services managing 19 museums and specialist sites across Hampshire. We care for a wealth of collections representing Hampshire’s archaeology, history, natural sciences, art and cultural life. Hampshire Record Office tells the story of Hampshire and its people from the early Middle Ages to the present day. Letters, diaries, accounts, parish registers and title deeds, maps, prints, drawings and photos, film, video and audio tape are all kept here.
Collections online
A series of searchable databases from Allen watercolours to visiting card cases. The archives online catalogue contains over 700,000 descriptions of archives.
