Urgent enquiries

For urgent enquiries and help to self serve contact the Customer Interaction Centre on 0300 555 0155 and they’ll help you find the best way to resolve your issue.

When you call you will be asked two standard questions:

  1. your surname

  2. your date of birth

Assuming the initial responses are valid this will be followed by two random questions from the following list:

  • Personnel number

  • first line of address and post code

  • National Insurance number

  • home email address

  • net pay from previous month

  • name of the bank your salary is paid into
