Co-opted Member register of interests

The County Council keeps a register of the Disclosable pecuniary interests and other interests declared by each Co-opted Member in accordance with sections 29-31 of the Localism Act 2011 and The Relevant Authorities (Disclosable Pecuniary Interests) Regulations 2012. Each declaration is completed by the individual Co-opted Member and submitted to the County Council's Monitoring Officer.
