How we did

All our outdoor centres ask their school groups, youth groups, and adult customers to evaluate every aspect of the course they have undertake. We use this information to make changes and improve the quality of our services.

We compile all the evaluation data annually, and try to present here some examples of things people say about us. There is a vast amount of data collected, and this is just a snapshot to show what we're getting right, and where we need to work harder!
