What is Call & Go?

Call & Go is a bookable bus service which can take you where you need to go.
Call & Go operates in the following areas:
East Hampshire
Havant
New Forest
The Call & Go no longer operates in Hart. The area is now served by the Fleet Link, Hart Shopper services and the Crondall & Ewshot Link.
Area of operation
Havant, Horndean, Clanfield and Rowlands Castle
- anywhere in the borough of Havant plus Horndean, Clanfield and Rowlands Castle, and some popular destinations eg. Commercial Road in Portsmouth and the Queen Alexandra and St Mary's Hospitals.
New Forest
- Hythe, Holbury, Fawley, Marchwood, Blackfield, Totton, New Milton, Lymington, Sway, Milford-on-Sea, Lyndhurst, Brockenhurst, Fordingbridge
East Hampshire
- Arford, Bordon, Bramshott Chase, Grayshott, Hawkley, Headley, Headley Down, Heatherlands, Hill Brow, Lindford, Liphook, Liss, Passfield, Petersfield, Rake, Standford, Whitehill and Worldham. Passengers can travel to Alton, Bordon or Petersfield depending on where you live.
Hart
- the Call & Go no longer operates in this area. The area is now served by the Fleet Link, Hart Shopper services and the Crondall & Ewshot Link.
Who can use the service?
Anyone whose travel needs are not met by public bus services can use Call & Go. This could be because:
you live or your destination is more than 400 metres from an available bus service
you are a disabled person
you have some other mobility or sensory restriction that makes it difficult or impossible to use an existing bus service
you do not have access to a car and there is no bus service running in your area
you are a carer or accompanying someone who is disabled or who has some other mobility restriction that makes it difficult or impossible to use an available existing bus service.
Whatever the reason, Call & Go has been created to give you the opportunities to travel.
If you need us to, we can even arrange to pick you up from a location nearer to home. It couldn't be easier!
What does it cost?
Fares are similar to normal bus fares, although you should also keep a look out for special discounts.
East Hampshire
Farepass and tokens are accepted on the East Hampshire Call and Go.
Havant
Unfortunately Farepass is not accepted on buses in Havant.
Days of operation
Havant
In the area of Havant you can travel on Call & Go from Monday to Saturday between 8.30am and 4.00pm.
New Forest
In the New Forest the Call & Go service operates on different days in different areas - Ring 0845 602 4326 to find out more information. Calls to 0845 numbers are free on some BT call plans but will cost between 4p (local rate) and 6p (national rate) per minute for BT customers not on a plan. Calls made using other service providers or mobile may cost more.
East Hampshire
The East Hampshire Call and Go operates on different days depending on where you live. Please call 01420 475759 for more information.
We will always do our best to find pick-up times convenient for you. However, please be aware that this may not always be possible.
Booking ahead period
Bookings can be made up to six working days before your journey.
For example, if you want to travel on a Thursday you can ring from the Friday beforehand to book your journey.
Bookings can be made seven days in advance on the East Hampshire Call and Go.
