This event is aimed at voluntary and community organisations and local authorities who operate a minibus. The day will include two exhibitions and a full programme of different training and briefing sessions.

To book a place on one or more of the training or briefing sessions, please fill in the attached Delegate Booking Form 64kb and return it to us following the instructions on the form.
Please note; Hampshire voluntary organisations, HCC Schools and Hampshire local authorities are able to book immediately. All other organisations including those from Southampton and Portsmouth will not be allocated any places until after 1 April (however booking forms can still be sent in before this date). Bookings are taken on a first come first served basis within these conditions.
Hampshire County Council reserves the right to re-schedule or cancel any training sessions. Any sessions that are particularly popular or oversubscribed may be run again later in the year for Hampshire organisations.
Unfortunately we will be unable to issue any refunds except in the case of a course cancellation.
