Good Practice Guidelines for Voluntary Car Schemes

Hampshire County Council has worked with the Good Neighbours Support Service to provide these Good Practice Guidelines for Voluntary Car Schemes in Good Neighbours groups.

These guidelines have been produced to ensure that voluntary car schemes operate within the legal framework and that volunteer drivers can carry out their voluntary work safe in the knowledge that their Good Neighbours group is operating correctly.
