How we fund community transport in the future:

Moving from Service Agreements to Grants and Contracts

The County Council provides funding for a wide range of community transport schemes, often in partnership with Hampshire’s 11 district councils. Currently this funding is in the form of grants, usually accompanied by service agreements that set out the service to be provided and the funding available. In future the larger grants will need to become contracts.

A consultation has taken place with community transport providers and the district councils about the proposed changes. If you would like to know more about this you can download the documentation using the links below.
