To be able to help with your query please can you have your National Insurance number or payroll number available

Please ensure all correspondence includes your full name, signature and either your pension payroll number or national insurance number.

Most queries can be answered by phone, email or letter so please contact us to talk to someone about your pension.

In exceptional circumstances we may arrange for you to visit and discuss your query in person. Please always contact us first so that we can prepare any information that may be helpful, and see if there is anything that you need to do.

Pensions Services is based in Elizabeth II Court South, The Castle, Winchester and is easily accessible by road or rail (we are within walking distance of the railway station).

When you arrive please report to The Main Reception, Sussex Street entrance, The Castle, Winchester.
