Application to re-join the LGPS in a current employment form

  

You can complete this form if you wish to re-join the scheme and have been continuously employed by the same employer since opting out. Please send your completed form to your employer’s payroll so that they can start deducting contributions from your pay.

If you prefer, you can write to your employer. Your employer may allow you to email them - if they do, please include a statement to say that you personally submitted your application to join the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS).
