The Teachers' Pensions Scheme is administered by Capita and more information can be found on their website.

For the following queries, please download the relevant form from the Teachers' Pensions website. Once you have filled in the relevant sections of the form please forward this to your relevant contact eg HR Pay & Contract Support Services for Hampshire County Council teachers only

• I do not want to pay pension (opt-out)
• I do want to pay pension (opt-in)
• I want to claim my pension (retiring)
• I want to pay more pension (additional service)
• I want to claim back my pension contributions paid
• I want to transfer into Teachers' Pensions
